    I have never found a workout that built my back and the trainers at the gym I go to are worthless; so I thought after seeing Tim Michaels' back, I would give this a try with some light weight to begin. After my first workout I could actually feel my lat muscles; something I have never felt before. Today was my second workout and I increased the weight and it felt really good.

    If you are going to do these workouts I highly recommend for safety sake; that you invest in the ramp used on these DVD s. It is well worth the price; I have the one for under 200 lbs. which is about half the cost of the gym ramp, for those 200 lbs +. The great thing is while doing all these exercises your rear end and hamstrings are getting worked, too.

    I have also sent for the 21 Day Fueling Program DVD; it has been established that following this plan for its' entirety, one can lower cholesterol levels. I will let you know how that goes.
