| Rodney Yee is by far my favorite for all yoga instructors and he delivers in this DVD. I'm an intermediate level and this works great for me especially if I haven't practicted in a bit. It moves quickly but with great fluidity. Plus the scenery and music is splendid. |

I can not do all of this video as of yet...but even just the first 20 minutes challenge me and make me sweat... I am still about 30 pounds overweight and I need to develop more strength. This video is great for helping me lose weight and build strength. I like the pace of this video...not too fast...not too slow. I have many DVDs by Rodney Yee and I will continue to purchase his videos.
